1. Membership & Service Fees
All payments made towards gym memberships, training programs, personal training sessions, or any other services offered on vitrain.in are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment is successfully processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Memberships or training plans cannot be cancelled once activated.
- No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed classes, or early termination of membership by the user.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment deducted but service not activated
In such cases, the request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank
5. Changes to Services
Vitrain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, class schedule, or trainer assignment without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
